1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate. Final pricing will be determined after an on-site inspection by one of our certified technicians. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on actual conditions found during service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior financing arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing through our partners.

4. Warranties and Service Agreements

All new equipment installations are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Labor and workmanship are covered under our basic service agreement for the specified duration on your invoice. These warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mammoth Air LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related equipment.
